About Jennifer Sandlin

Originally from Rutland, Vermont, Jennifer’s decision to enter the field of real estate evolved from a life-long love of decorating and remodeling houses partnered with a college degree in Architectural Engineering & Building Technology from Vermont Technical College. After graduating in 2001, she moved to Boston and spent her first years as a working professional at CBI Consulting in South Boston. While there, she helped tackle projects including the Lenox Hotel restoration, the Weymouth Town Hall, and a collection of private residences in the Greater Boston area.  She enjoyed it, but wanted to be out of the office more and interacting with people. In 2004, she took the jump into real estate with grand success and has never looked back.

Over these last 17 years, Jennifer has refined her skills and choose to focus on the personal and professional service to each individual client. Her ultimate goal is a business built entirely upon referrals from satisfied clients- be it a first time home buyer or a savvy investor looking to expand their portfolio. She never tires of exploring homes and development projects, searching for just the right property and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a transaction. She also believes that professional real estate service begins with confidence, trust, and personalization ā€“ with one agent who not only knowledgeably communicates well, but also listens to your wants and needs and is available to answer your call day or night.

And those calls don’t need to be solely about buying or selling a home. A 20-year resident of the Boston area, Jennifer not only knows the community and what this great city has to offer for fun, excitement and a good bite to eat, but is happy to share her knowledge.

I can’t recommend Jen enough. She was extremely patient and helpful, learned what we were looking for and helped point out options in that direction, drove us around, was late to a personal event just to help show us a place we really liked (and ultimately ended up renting), and was all around worth the fee. (I say that as someone who couldn’t have imagined a real estate agent worth the fee before I worked with Jen).

    Definitely recommend.

Jen was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She made buying our first home less stressful than anticipated and was so helpful. She made herself available or called back very quickly when we had questions or wanted her to join us for a showing. Knowing we have 3 young daughters Jen even researched the community and school systems for us in the towns we were looking. We couldn’t be happier with her as our agent! I Highly recommend Jen!

Couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! Buying your first home is stressful enough and Jenn was there to help us whenever we needed her. She stuck with us for over a year while we searched for homes all over Massachusetts and is still answering our calls when we have questions about things. Thanks again Jenn!

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Jen to purchase a rental property in South Boston in 2016. Let me just say that I have never met a better realtor than Jen Sandlin, and that includes my aunt in Oklahoma šŸ™‚ In fact, I look back on the whole process, and I know we could not have pulled it off without Jen. For starters, we don’t even live in Boston, but that didn’t deter Jen from working with us remotely from Los Angeles. Jen would attend open houses, film them and then send us the videos. She would then spend as much time as necessary debriefing the listings with us over the phone and via text. With each opportunity her insight and expertise were invaluable in helping us make an informed decision to make an offer or move on. Her firsthand knowledge not only of the area but of building code, renovation costs, landlord regulations, and potential rental rates were priceless. If Redfin and Angie’s List had a love child, Jen would be their beautiful baby girl šŸ™‚ So we finally found the property that fit within our budget both in terms of sale price and rental potential and with Jen’s help we made the winning bid. She then connected us with a whole team of reliable and professional inspectors, contractors, mortgage brokers, and candlestick makers to close the deal and prepare the apartment for our first tenants. But, our journey with Jen had just begun because she then worked tirelessly with us to show the apartment, screen tenants, and ultimately finalize the lease on our property. And Iā€™m happy to say that through all of this we would work with Jen again in a heartbeat. Bottom line, you would be hard pressed to find a more reliable, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, human being in the real estate business!

Jen was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our home and went above and beyond for us several times. Whenever we hit a snag in the process or the sellers were being unresponsive, Jen was there to move things along. She was a pro at keeping us abreast of the house buying process as well as helping us with various post-purchase issues. She’s so easy to get along with, very much helping to find something that fits your needs and to get it at a price that’s right for you. Couldn’t be happier with Jen!
